Client hired JRL as part of their due diligence team to carefully evaluate the purchase of the Northern Trust Bank Building (23,000 ft2) in Boca Raton, Florida.
Working closely with the transaction attorneys, JRL was tasked with completing a thorough physical evaluation of the property. This included roof structure, HVAC systems, elevator functionality, structural integrity of the walls and foundations, electrical, plumbing, code compliance, irrigation systems, parking and landscaping, and other key components of the property.
JRL provided the client, and attorneys, the report to be used in the purchase price negotiations. The Seller agreed to provide to the Buyer over a $100,000.00 credit to be applied toward.
Once the property was closed, the Client hired JRL as the interim management company to run the building and to project manage the repairs.
