JRL was hired to manage and lease the balance of the units not being occupied by the Buyer’s company.
The first course of action that JRL took was to secure the existing tenants with new leases.
Because the building was in distress at the time of the purchase, JRL was required to hire contractors to update the property and address all issues.
Running an aggressive marketing campaign, JRL was able to lease the balance of the units within six months of the closing of the property.
